I’m a lifelong nurse, certified MELT Method instructor, Pilates and yoga teacher—and someone who knows firsthand how powerful gentle, smart movement can be.

After decades in healthcare and my own experience with pain, stress, and transformation, I created MELT to Thrive to help people maintain their mobility, support their health, and rediscover the joy of feeling good in their bodies. I believe you shouldn’t have to push through pain to feel better, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Just like in healthcare, I believe in doing what’s right, not what’s flashy. That means creating classes and resources that serve you, meet you where you are, and evolve as you do.
